About the Company: Acuity Eye Group is seeking an influential and visionary Senior HR Leader to join our team as VP HR Business this highly strategic and visible role youll partner with senior executives to drive business growth and transformation through impactful HR strategies. Youll serve as a trusted advisor on organizational development talent management change leadership and employee experiencehelping shape the future of our business.
About the Role: In this role you will be responsible for driving HR initiatives that align with business objectives and support the overall growth and transformation of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership teams aligning HR initiatives to business objectives.
- Lead and execute end-to-end talent strategies including workforce planning succession leadership development performance management and compensation planning.
- Drive enterprise-wide change and transformation efforts that boost engagement retention and inclusive growth.
- Champion data-driven decision-making and ensure accountability for key talent initiatives across the HR function.
- Coach and develop business leaders and HR professionals to elevate performance and foster a high-performing engaged culture.
- Optimize and scale talent solutions.
- Continuously challenge the status quo to uncover opportunities for innovation and operational excellence.
- Act as the voice of the employee and business to inform improvements in HR programs systems and practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 15 years of progressive HR experience including 5 years in senior HR leadership.
- Proven success leading strategic HR programs and business partnering with executives.
- Deep knowledge of leadership development change management employee relations and talent strategy.
- Multi-Site healthcare industry experience is a plus.
- Strong collaboration influence and coaching skills with a track record of building trust across all levels.
- Proficient in Workday and Microsoft Office; able to work in fast-paced evolving environments with discretion and integrity.
