What We Offer
SUMMARY
Performs maintenance/improvement functions for the grounds and buildings at direction of Owner Management. Coordinates outside vendor repair services relating to the foregoing as requested.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Care of dealership owned tools equipment and maintenance vehicle.
Maintains a safe clean working environment.
Removing debris generated as result of maintenance as necessary.
Uses proper eye hand and body protection when using products that require protection.
Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner.
Reports any safety issues immediately to management.
Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers clients and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions percentages area circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions percentages ratios and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situation where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral diagram or schedule form.
CERTIFICATES LICENSES REGISTRATIONS
Valid Drivers License and a clean DMV Report.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and extreme heat. The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions fumes or airborne particles and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud at times.
