Under the supervision of the Associate Dean of the Business Division this instructor teaches specialized courses in Leadership Development and related programs in accelerated traditional and online format using active learning techniques. This instructor will be responsible for curriculum development in accelerated and traditional format as well as experience in developing online course format.
Minimum Educational Requirements:
Must have a masters degree or higher in Leadership Management Organizational Development Human Resources or Business.
Per Higher Learning Commission Determining Qualified Faculty Assumed Practice B.2.
Occupational Minimum Experience Requirements:
Must have two years full-time equivalent (4000 hours) of relevant work in leadership management organizational planning and development team leadership project leadership human resources or a business-related area.
In addition one of the following must be met:
At least one (1) year of work experience must have occurred within the last five yearsOR:
Two (3) years of teaching Leadership Management Organizational Development Human Resources or Business course work at the post-secondary level within the last five years.
Start Date
This position supports the Business & Management Pathway and is available to start in Spring 2026.
Hours
This position is a .5 FTE the number of hours worked per week will vary based on course load.Hours location and modality are based on enrollment and departmental need.Employees will conduct all work hours in the State of Wisconsin performing work outside the state is strictly prohibited.
