Job Description

A Payroll/HR Assistant will assist the Payroll/HR Manager with maintaining employee records assist with payroll processing and provide administrative support to all include: Health Insurance 401K vacation pay sick pay

Responsibilities
  • Maintain employee records
  • Prepare all hiring and termination paperwork
  • Maintain vacation/sick pay records
  • Assist with payroll processing
  • New hire onboarding
  • Process drug screens run MVRs E-Verify employees
  • Provide assistance to all employees
  • Various other duties as needed

Qualifications
  • High School Graduate
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Complete confidentiality
