- Schedule all subcontractors and material suppliers
- Ensure work complies with plans specifications codes and scope
- Verify material deliveries match purchase orders
- Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure quality standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and vendor evaluations
- Track project progress and maintain schedules
- Identify out-of-scope items and report to project managers
- Provide daily project updates
- Compile and resolve punch list items
- Perform final walk-through with customers
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Comfortable working on ladders in attics and crawl spaces
- Knowledge and adherence to OSHA safety guidelines
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid drivers license
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- 2 years of experience in restoration construction or cleaning
- IICRC certification a plus (not required)
