Fixed Term until 31st August 2026

Band 6 SEN Allowance

Dove House is seeking to recruit a Tutor for Learning and Therapeutic Support to work with a student on a one-to-one basis starting September 2025 for 1 year.

Dove House is an Outstanding popular successful and highly regarded school in Basingstoke for students with severe and moderate learning difficulties and autism aged between 11-19.

We are seeking candidates who care passionately about the education and wellbeing of pupils with special educational needs and their families.

You will be skilled in organising and delivering a personalised curriculum.

We welcome applications from graduates and those interested in educational psychology as well as those already working in the specialist sector including MLD SLD and SEMH.

Experience of working with primary or secondary pupils with complex special needs would be advantageous.

Training will be given to the successful candidate.

The hours for this role are Monday Tuesday and Thursday 8am to 4pm Wednesday 8:30am 4:30pm and Friday 8am to 3:30pm
