Assistant Manager: Airlie Beach Holiday Park

Part Time Permanent 4 days/week (Saturday Tuesday)

Reporting to the Park Manager youll be the right-hand captain of our tropical ship ensuring smooth sailing across all areas of our sun-soaked resort. Your days will be as varied as a Whitsundays sunrise with responsibilities like:

1. Ordering for Housekeeping
   Keep our linen cupboards as fresh as the ocean breeze and our supplies shipshape!
2. Overseeing Reception
   Be the smiling face that welcomes guests to their slice of paradise setting the tone for unforgettable stays.
3. Managing the Kiosk
   Stock up on snacks smiles and all the essentials that keep our guests fuelled for fun.
4. Stock Take Involvement
   Channel your inner treasure hunter and keep track of our resorts bounty.
5. Operational Support
   Be the go-to mate for the Park Manager and step up as skipper when theyre off-duty.
6. Team Rostering & Recruitment
   Help build a crew thats as legendary as the Great Barrier Reeforganised enthusiastic and ready for adventure!
7. Guest Experience
   Deliver five-star service under the sun supporting food & beverage and all things guest happiness.
8. Safety & Leadership
   Keep our paradise safe fun and running smoother than a sunset cruise.

This is the perfect role for someone with accommodation experience (a must!) a knack for rostering and a flair for food & beverage. If youre a Front Office Manager ready to level up or just keen for a role that grows as the park does youll love this next chapter.

This role will grow and develop as the park does offering opportunities to expand your leadership and operational skills.

What Youll Bring

• Previous experience in hotels resorts parks or tourismif you know your way around a check-in and a pool towel youre our kind of person!
• Strong team leadership with the ability to inspire and organise your crew (and read those rosters like a pro).
• Food & beverage know-howbonus points if you can recommend the perfect poolside snack.
• Confident communicator with a sunny attitude ready to roll up your sleeves and get amongst it.
• Hands-on flexible and passionate about making every guests stay a postcard-perfect memory.
