About the Role
We are seeking Workplace Concierge to join our Workplace Experience team in Brisbane. This is a dynamic front-of-house role responsible for creating a world-class experience for guests clients and staff a true hospitality mindset is key.

Reporting to the Director Workplace Experience this role delivers high-touch customer service and coordinates a range of office and workplace operations from visitor management to event support and onboarding coordination.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a seamless guest welcome and arrival experience

  • Manage meeting room bookings set-up catering and AV coordination

  • Handle incoming calls inboxes and general workplace enquiries

  • Support events and floor operations including office checks and reporting WHS issues

  • Manage mail couriers lockers and storage solutions

  • Assist with onboarding logistics including welcome packs and IT coordination

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Proactively improve workplace processes and enhance the customer journey

About You

  • Background in hospitality or premium front-of-house customer service

  • Experience in a corporate or professional services environment

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proactive polished and adaptable under pressure

  • Confident managing bookings events and administrative tasks

  • Comfortable using systems and tools to coordinate services

  • Certificate III in Hospitality preferred

  • Passionate about creating exceptional workplace experiences
