Leads cross-functional teams in the evaluation development and release of global Quality Management System (QMS) processes across the enterprise.
Key responsibilities include:
Assessment of currently existing processes in Agilent and drive consolidation to a single One QMS process that is used across Agilent.
Definition documentation and implementation of global QMS processes according to the Agilent One QMS Factory process.
Responsible for process compliance effectiveness and efficiency of the implementation throughout Agilent (training consulting process metrics).
Manage and supervise the process execution across Agilent identify & prioritize process gaps and challenges.
In addition this person should establish and maintain a network across other global process leads in Agilent.

Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
8 years of industry experience in the life science or med tech environment (medical device/diagnostics/biopharma)
Experience operating under Quality Management System Standards (ISO 9001 ISO 13485 ISO 14971 ISO 17025 ISO 27001 )
Experience with Global Medical Device Regulations (21 CFR part 820 IVDR NMPA )
Experience with Medical Device Single Audit Program (MDSAP)
Demonstrated experience in the development and improvement of global QMS processes
Experience leading cross-functional global projects and initiatives in the regulatory space

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Applications for this job will be accepted until at least July 30 2025 or until the job is no longer posted.The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $119200.00 - $186250.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role level and location. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
