QSAC is a New York City and Long Island based nonprofit that supports children and adults with autism together with their families in achieving greater independence realizing their future potential and contributing to their communities in a meaningful way by offering person-centered services. QSAC pursues this mission through direct services that provide a supportive and individualized setting for children and adults with autism to improve their communication socialization academic and functional skills.
Job Summary
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) is responsible for assisting the people we support while following established treatment plans. The program emphasizes the importance of promoting independence and integrating into the community through recreational outings and Volunteer Training opportunities.
QSAC will be hosting an in person event with Hiring Managers that will give you the opportunity to receive employment decisions the same day. Day Habilitation
Direct Support Professional $18.00/hr
Residential
Direct Support Professional $17.50-$18.00/hr
Shift Supervisor $ 38000.00 -$ 38000 - 40000.00 annually
Assistant Residential Manager $ 41000.00 - $ 45000.00annually
Residential Manager $ 48000.00 -$ 58500.00 annually
Family Services
Community Habilitation -$17.00-$18.00 an hour / Respite $17.00- $18.00 an hour
