Job Description
Duties
- Prepare and present cost estimates and detailed project budgets to management and clients for commercial construction projects (fluid/sheet waterproofing sealant spray foam or traffic coating projects)
- Prepare quantity takeoffs and analyze subcontractor bids for materials labor and equipment
- Evaluate project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential cost overruns
Requirements
- Minimum education level of a bachelors degree in construction management or a related field
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in commercial weatherproofing cost estimation
- Proficient in construction estimating software
Details
- Pay Rage: $85k to $110k annual bonus opportunity
