CUSTOMER SERVICE: CONTACT CENTER INBOUND and OUTBOUND SUPPORT IN THE HEALTHCARE FIELD

This Customer Service position is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Wellness Associate. We need enthusiastic and empathetic individuals who can listen to member issues and offer a solution to each problem.
Pay Rate:
This position pay rate starts @ $18.00 per hour and is full-time Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm EST. Computer equipment will be provided to you.
Job Responsibilities:
- Connect with and deliver above-and-beyond member service through phone text and email regarding program enrollment.
- Coordinate with Registered Dietitians to ensure members receive the best possible attention and personalized interaction.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy with members and establish a positive rapport with every member.
Job Expectations:
- Must have your own high speed internet connection with lane (wired)
- Ability to start immediately.
- Utilize and master our internal platform/app to efficiently effectively and consistently deliver exceptional service while meeting company quality standards.
- Provide seamless support between multiple communication channels: including phone text email and web platform/app.
- Flexible versatile positive passionate and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
- Provide an excellent customer experience in all interactions.
- Uphold all company policies and procedures including but not limited to; attendance punctuality and/or behavior requirements.

- A bachelors degree is preferred or equivalent work experience will be considered
- Experience with vulnerable elderly populations and healthcare a plus
- Fluency in Spanish also a plus
