DescriptionBusiness Area Energy Systems Region Northern Europe is looking for a Senior Sales and Bid Support Advisor to join the Customer Relation and Sales Team in Market Area Poland & Baltics. The Senior Sales and Bid Support Advisor will be working with internal and external stakeholders with the main focus on the needs of external customers.
Market Area Poland and Baltics consists of Market Area Manager and regional KAMs (Key Account Managers) as well as the Regional Bid Support order to effectively address the need for extensive customer focus the Bid Support Team is a part of the unit Customer Relations and Sales in Region Northern Europe. The Bid Support Team is established to support Key Account Managers (KAM) and the Service Areas in commercial operations as well as in attaining a professional bidding process. Additionally the Bid Support Team participates actively in building and managing the DNVs brand market awareness and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
As a Senior Sales and Bid Support Advisor you will:
- Contribute to business growth by assisting with pre-qualifications preparation of bids and frame agreements
- Support KAMs and the Service Areas including Bid Managers with large complex and strategically important bids
- Build and maintain Customer relationships
- Administer and follow up on frame agreements
- Administer and monitor customer tender portals
- Monitor potential leads from defined external portals
- Develop and manage leads and opportunities arising from participation in energy market conferences and events
- Lead and manage the bidding process prepare tender documents and secure the orders
- Lead and oversee sales activities over time in this Senior role
- Provide market intelligence on energy market developments in the Region
- Cooperate with Global Contracting
- Work closely with members of our wider technical project teams
- Deal with ad-hoc requests

QualificationsThe ideal candidate preferably possesses the following qualifications:
- Relevant education and experience (a degree in energy business or business administration or similar is preferred)
- Customer-centric sales- and service-oriented mindset with strong desire to improve win rate
- Communicating in a timely clear and professional manner
- Ability to build trust through reliable delivery as well as strong and stable relationships with both colleagues and customers
- Exceptional organization skills to effectively meet deadlines and adhere to time schedules
- Very good analytical and commercial skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English
- Pro-active and self-motivated with the desire to take ownership and drive tasks forward
- Strong attention to details with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced commercial environment
- Focused and resilient with the skills to build strong working relationships & communicate with stakeholders at many different levels both internally and externally
- Experience in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Experience with the Polish energy market and main market stakeholders including state owned companies
