Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Generative AI and NLP Engineer with 13 years of experience to join our dynamic this role you will be responsible for designing implementing and optimizing AI models that drive our applications and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance user experiences and improve business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design train and optimize generative AI models for various applications including text generation summarization conversational agents multi-agent frameworks etc.
- Develop and implement NLP models and algorithms to process and analyze large volumes of text data.
- Collaborate with data scientists software engineers and product managers to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
- Conduct experiments to evaluate the performance of AI models and iterate on their design based on results.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP and Generative AI and apply relevant research findings to our projects.
- Contribute to the development of best practices for AI model deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science Machine Learning or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in NLP and Generative AI.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
- Experience with NLP libraries and frameworks such as spaCy NLTK or Stanford NLP.
- Experience with LLMs like GPT Lamma Mixtral Claude etc
- Experience with Agentic Frameworks LangGraph etc.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow PyTorch or Keras.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms neural networks and statistical methods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with large language models (e.g. GPT Lamma2/3 Mixtral etc.)
- Experience with frameworks like Langchain Lang Graph Lamma Index etc.
- Experience with Deep Learning Models (e.g.. BERT LSTM RNN GNN T5 etc.)
- Experience with Speech-to-Text models
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Google Cloud Azure) and experience with deploying AI models in a cloud environment.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for model deployment and monitoring.
