Job Description

AM WFM (1 Role for Scheduling)WFM Scheduler Job DescriptionPosition Overview: A Workforce Management (WFM) Scheduler is responsible for forecasting workload creating schedules and ensuring adequate staffing coverage to meet operational demands. This role involves analyzing data monitoring real-time adherence and adjusting optimize workforce Responsibilities: Forecasting workload: Predicting future staffing needs based on historical data and business requirements. Creating schedules: Developing shift schedules for staff to ensure maximum coverage and efficient operation. Monitoring attendance: Tracking employee attendance and managing absences or tardiness. Optimizing resources: Ensuring the right number of staff is available at the right times to meet service levels. Adjusting schedules: Making real-time adjustments to schedules due to unexpected changes. Reporting: Generating reports on staffing levels schedule adherence and performance metrics. Compliance: Ensuring schedules comply with labor laws and company and Qualifications: Analytical skills: Strong ability to analyze data and forecast staffing needs. Technical proficiency: Familiarity with workforce management tools such as NICE Verint Aspect or similar software Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Organizational skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Problem-solving skills: Ability to make real-time adjustments and resolve scheduling conflicts. Knowledge of labor laws: Understanding of labor laws and scheduling best and Experience: Experience in workforce management: Previous experience in scheduling or related roles. Technical expertise: Proficiency in workforce management software. Educational background: A degree in business administration human resources or a related field is preferred.
