Our client is adding a Controls Engineer to their growing company near Savannah GA. This is a contract to possible permanent role and involves 50-80% travel with days off in the facility to work on systems. If you or one of your colleagues is interested in this opportunity please click Apply Now.
As a Controls Engineer you will providing full service automation solutions in engineering integration installation and support of controls systems for manufacturers located in the US. You will potentially travel back to back weeks but also could be home in the Savannah area for a month or more working in the facility so flexibility is a must.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience as a Controls Engineer - Bachelors preferred but not required
- 5 years of experience with Servos and motion control
- Expert level experience with Allen Bradley components such as ControlLogix Kinetix Powerflex Rockwell I/O is a must
- Flexibility with companys travel needs and in-office attendance is required on non-travel business days
- Must live near Savannah GA
