Job Description:
Manage the Franchise marketing team and all sales and marketing initiatives. Develop and implement an annual marketing plan which promotes Franchise services and develops a diverse customer base. Train and develop a professional marketing team capable of achieving annual sales revenues goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing initiatives and budget create annual marketing plan and provide marketing materials
- Complete annual marketing needs assessment; including planning CE classes planning lunch-and-learns scheduling the budget and developing action plans for centers of influence (COIs)
- Identify and establish revenue collection and activity goals
- Compare past and projected revenues to marketing goals
- Increase sales revenue and achieve sales goals
- Recruit hire and train sales and marketing staff
- Monitor and coach sales/marketing activities
- Evaluate sales and marketing staff performance
- Manage and improve customer satisfaction including the resolution of any customer complaints.
Qualifications:
- 5 years sales marketing or customer service experience with demonstrated history of sales ability and growth
- Effective oral and written communication
- Experience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skills
- Solid organization and planning capabilities strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Outlook Word Excel)
- Ability to meet people in new or difficult situations and build rapport
- Capability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented office environment while being self-motivated goal-oriented and able to multi-task
- Bachelors degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience
- Experience with professional sales or marketing associations a plus
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
