Responsibilities
- Supervise and perform production work according to SERVPRO processes and ensure quality control
- Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
- Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians coach and train them and supervise their activities
- Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided
- Monitor assigned jobs from start to finish
- Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects
- Communicate with production manager and office staff on project progress and issues
- Manage data using industry software programs
- Communicate follow and enforce all OSHA guidelines for job safety
- Be readily available for on-calls and emergencies
- Experience in restoration work related to clean up from damage caused by water fire and mold is required.
- Experience leading and supervising a team in the restoration industry is required
- IICRC certifications highly preferred
- Experience using industry related software programs
- Ability to travel locally or out of state when necessary
- Ability and willingness to work nights and weekends as required
- Ability to be On-Call as needed
- Valid drivers license and ability to safely drive a variety of company vehicles and trucks
- Able to comply with franchise guidelines
- Effective written and oral communication
- Preferable bilingual (English/Spanish) English is mandatory.
- Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds unassisted and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Exposure to chemicals
- Walking and standing for long periods of time driving sitting climbing
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
- Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g. crawls spaces under buildings)
