The Opportunity
Were growing in the Red Deer region and are looking for a Turnaround Manager to join our team and lead the planning and execution of complex industrial turnarounds. With OCLs strong presence in Western Canada and a growing pipeline of work this is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to shape the success of our turnaround services in the Central Alberta region. Youll have the support of a dedicated team and the autonomy to implement best practices develop innovative execution strategies and leave your mark on a critical area of our business.

What Youll Do
- Lead the planning execution and close-out of turnaround projects within scope budget and schedule.
- Develop comprehensive work plans resource schedules and cost estimates.
- Build and manage multidisciplinary teams including subcontractors vendors and internal staff.
- Ensure strict adherence to health safety and environmental standards.
- Liaise with clients to define requirements expectations and deliverables.
- Drive continuous improvement in turnaround processes and project delivery.
- Report on project progress risks and performance metrics to stakeholders.

What You Bring
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in maintenance and turnarounds.
- Strong ability to read and understand drawings technical documents and contracts.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite including Excel PowerPoint and Word.
- In-depth knowledge of maintenance and turnaround-specific construction practices.
- Relevant designation (. C.E.T. or Red Seal trade certification) is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large-scale maintenance and turnaround projects.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Commitment to safety quality and continuous improvement.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing business unit financials.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
