Competencies Required:
Education:Possession of a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university with a major in business or public administration human resources management social or behavioral science industrial psychology or a closely related field.
Experience:
Three (3) years of professional experience planning designing and delivering educational and organizational development programs preferably in a public or community-based agency.
