Job Summary:
SPL is growing and is currently looking for a Corporate Paralegal in Houston TX. The Corporate Paralegal will be responsible for reviewing contracts (including MSAs) providing high-level employment law guidance in coordination with external counsel and advising on general corporate risk. The ideal candidate is a pragmatic professional with a strong understanding of legal operations in complex multi-site organizations.
Job Responsibilities:
Education:
Bachelors Degree required Paralegal Certificate or equivalent legal training strongly preferred.
Travel Requirements:
This position may require occasional travel.
Work Schedule:
This position follows a standard MondayFriday 8-hour schedule and may require overtime as needed to meet deadlines.
