Job Description

Westfield Public Schools seeks positive empathetic and encouraging applicants for the following position for the 2024-2025 school year. ONLY current Westfield Public School employees can apply. Responsibilities:

Year One Mentors will provide support and guidance to a new teacher through regularly scheduled meetings and informal contacts.
Meet with mentee formally for 18 hours throughout the school year.
Attend the new teacher orientation.

There is a stipend plus 15 One Training: Additional 15 PDPs. POSITION SUBJECT TO FUNDING AND NEED FOR MENTORS
