Job Summary:
The Strategic Sourcing Associate Director will establish the worldwide propulsion repair value stream from source identification through industrialization for all P&W Military Engine (ME) Programs.
What You Will Do:
- Lead the strategic sourcing of domestic and global repair value streams to support all ME Programs. Leads the forecasting and planning of repair requirements in partnership with ME Programs.
- Lead the identification and establishment of a highly capable repair industrial base focusing on assessing and securing qualified suppliers based on forecasted repair requirements including the necessary business processes to facilitate global repairs.
- Lead an integrated Team of ME Programs Aftermarket Services Engineering Customer Support Engineering Support Equipment Global Source Activation and Global Trade Teams to forecast plan and execute worldwide repair industrialization activity.
- Lead the Limiting Factors (LIMFAC) Team to accelerate critical repair industrialization requirements to support the warfighter.
- Effectively lead a talented multi-disciplined multi-faceted team.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelors or advanced degree in Engineering Logistics Supply Chain or Business with a
- 12 years of experience in Engineering Operations Logistics Program Management or Business; or an advanced degree with 10 years of similar relevant experience.
- Experience should include a good understanding of propulsion sustainment requirements
- Proven skills in continuous improvement and operational excellence with proven leadership skills and experience managing teams in a multi-discipline environment.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

- Demonstrated leadership experience in a relevant role such as engineering manufacturing operations supply chain or program management.

- Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles commuting to and from the assigned site is the employees personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 147000 USD - 295000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
