Examples of Essential Functions









  • Responsible for coordinating and administering all compliance courses to new hires and current employees through relevant platforms.

  • Provides administrative support to Human Resources leadership by managing day-to-day office tasks and communications. Responsibilities include checking sorting and distributing incoming HR mail; preparing documents; and coordinating internal HR team events and celebrations to foster team engagement

Typical Qualifications

An Associates degree in Human Resources Business Administration Public Administration or related field required; must be supplemented by one (1) year of full-time professional experience in Human Resources. Additional experience is accepted as a minimum requirement in lieu of a post-secondary degree on the following basis: additional four (4) years in lieu of a bachelors degree and additional two (2) years in lieu of an associates degree.
