Lead Django Engineer (Remote-Hybrid)
Full-time
$150000 - 190000 /per year

What Youll Do:

Design develop and maintain robust backend services and APIs used by global clients

Collaborate closely with product and frontend teams to ensure seamless integration

Scale backend infrastructure to support rapid growth and high availability

Contribute to roadmap planning release management and technical direction

Mentor and guide junior team members as we grow
What Were Looking For:

Strong experience with Django (required)
-
Proficiency in Python and RESTful APIs

Background in test-driven development

Hands-on experience with databases and infrastructure:
MySQL Cassandra Memcache Redis AWS -
Comfortable executing in a fast-paced collaborative startup environment

Prior team leadership or management experience is a plus
