The following position is to join our RTX Corporate Enterprise Services Transformation Team:
The Strategy & Transformation team within Enterprise Services (ES) is looking for a passionate Program Manager to lead ES Service adoption activities in support of the oneRTX strategic initiative. The Strategy & Transformation team is focused on using CORE methodology to maximize cost reduction quality improvement and enhanced experience through increased adoption of services provided by ES resulting in de-duplication simplification and standardization of services processes and technology across RTX. The role will require working with leaders within the RTX corporate organization and the 3 RTX business units to develop and execute plans that create the greatest value for our employees and shareholders.
The Associate Director position will assist in all Procurement & Program Services Legal & Compliance Services and Non-Product Sourcing service adoption activities and ensure timely execution of deliverables. The position will partner with leaders to develop strategy and serve as a key member responsible for central coordination of activities including workplans transition plans business case development financial management communications and change management and process improvement addition this position will collaborate with functional leads and ensure timely flow of information to/from the leadership team and other stakeholders.

What You Will Do:
Ensure that all functional program milestones are developed and align to overall oneRTX operating model and financial targets.
Collaborate with leadersand subject-matter experts to identify needs across the organizationpropose new service offerings develop business cases secure senior leader buy-in and build and manage execution of roadmaps.
Make operational decisions within the context of long-term strategic goals and objectives.
Execute operational strategies and plans with direct impact on results.
Identify and leverage various program interdependencies to ensure synergy between and across all teams to promote efficiency realization across the enterprise.
Proactively identify additional cost savings to reduce overall program costs.
Work to achieve program milestones resolve issues and remove the barriers that may hinder project execution.
Proactively evaluate program activities builds contingency plans and executes corrective action on a timely basis to mitigate risks such as scope and/or budget variances.
Ensure that quality measurements and monitoring mechanisms are in place to ensure that deliverables meet or exceed expectations and integrate with overall program objectives.
Adhere to CORE and project management methodology by leveraging and promoting the use of existing tools capturing best practices and identifying areas for process improvement.
Responsible for the completion of other tasks related to this position as assigned.
May require up to 25% Travel
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience or in absence of a degree 16 years of relevant experience
Experience with functional skills such as project management strategic planning risk management financial analysis and supply chain management
U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Proven collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams and organizational levels; strong organizational time management and multitasking abilities.
Prior experience in Microsoft Office tools (specifically in Excel and PowerPoint).
Qualifications We Prefer:
Bachelors Degree
Prior experience in Supply Chain
Prior experience in Aerospace Industry
RTX CORE Certification or other Lean Continuous Improvement experience.
