Job Description
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelors degree in Pharmacy Chemistry or related field (mandatory).
- 2 years of relevant experience is required.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales as a medical representative or in skincare sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong scientific knowledge of skincare ingredients.
- Self-motivated organized and able to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
- Must be willing to visit dermatologists in assigned locations (no office attendance required).
Responsibilities:
- Visit dermatologists in assigned territories to promote and sell the companys dermatology products.
- Effectively communicate product benefits ingredients and scientific backing to healthcare professionals.
- Explain product formulations active ingredients and clinical benefits to dermatologists.
- Address any queries regarding product usage side effects or suitability for different skin types.
- Ensure dermatologists clinics/pharmacies are well-stocked with products.
- Coordinate with the supply team for timely replenishment.
- Gather feedback from dermatologists on product performance customer preferences and market trends.
- Submit weekly sales reports including challenges competitor activities and growth opportunities.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with dermatologists to ensure repeat business.
- Follow up regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
