What Youll Do
As part of our inside sales team youll:
- Manage structured follow-up calls with interested prospects
- Represent a premium automotive brand with integrity and attention to detail
- Guide customers through their purchase decisions addressing concerns and offering insights
- Document key findings and interactions to support the wider sales team
- Build lasting relationships by offering consistent and high-quality communication
- Uphold the brands reputation for excellence in every customer interaction
Your Profile
- Speak German fluently and have advanced English skills
- Hold a high school diploma (or higher) background in business communication or automotive is a plus
- Mandatory experience in sales preferably in the automotive or luxury sectors
- Communicate professionally and confidently especially with high-end customers
- Are passionate about the automotive industry and premium products
- Are detail-oriented organized and comfortable with structured workflows and reporting
- Either hold an EU passport or a valid Spanish work permit
The Offer
- Permanent contract 39 hours/week
- Rotating shifts MondaySaturday between 09:0020:00
- Base salary: 21484 gross/year
- Performance bonus: up to 3000 gross/year
