- Perform general cleaning and janitorial duties in the officesshowrooms customer amenity areas employeebreak-rooms and restrooms.
- Assist in sweeping and removing trash
- Maintain a neat and orderly janitors room
- Spot clean windows and doors
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Knowledge of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions
- Detail-oriented and thorough
- Ability to keep the office clean and orderly
- Ability to interact with other employees and customers while remaining professional polite and courteous.
- Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods standing
- Must be able to lift bend stoop climb reach and lift up to 50 pounds at a time
- Able to work flexible schedules and weekends
- Positive attitude can-do mentality confident outgoing personality eagerness to improve
- Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-screen background check and drug screen
