Overview

The janitor cleans and keeps an orderly and homelike condition for all areas of the facility grounds and buildings including all common areas patient rooms bathrooms hallways living rooms dining room staff lounge and administrative office areas.

Responsibilities

Vacuums mops dusts empties trash and thoroughly cleans all assigned areas within the facility in a manner and frequency to ensure a clean and safe environment.
Actively maintains a clean safe orderly and homelike atmosphere.
Cleans and disinfects client care equipment to include beds furniture walls and bathrooms.
Maintains trash and debris free parking lot and facility grounds.
Promptly reports any hazardous condition to Supervisor as appropriate.

Qualifications

Must be 18.
No education requirement.
No drivers license requirement.
Travel 0-25%
Minimal to no travel
