Job Description

Position Summary:

The Concur Manager is responsible for ensuring the compliance of the corporate travel and expense policy by all employees. Additionally to ensure that all transactions are processed and paid timely accurately and with adherence to corporate policy and procedures and flow end-to-end from transaction initiation to the general ledger successfully.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the issuance of Corporate Cards are in accordance with the Corporate Credit Card Agreement.
  • Correspondence with Concur administrators to resolve Concur related issues (daily).
  • Weekly reconciliation of all Concur transactions and to also ensure that all transactions flow through to Netsuite.
  • Weekly monitoring of the Corporate Credit Card balances.
  • Approval of Partners expense reports.
  • Developing/updating the policies for issuing new Corporate Cards.
  • Lead/oversee the implementation of the Corporate Card program.
  • Review and oversee the Travel and Expense reports for the executive leadership team.
  • Ensure that all Merchandise Consumer Codes (MCC) are in accordance with IMG Corporate T&E Policy.
  • Verify that the mapping of the JPM Corporate Cards is accurate.
  • Handle Payment Management of Expense Pay.
  • Work with accounting to schedule and subsequently host the Concur trainings for new acquisitions.
  • Lead the implementation for New Business Unit (BU) onboarding Concur into IMG platforms.
  • Add divisions to Concur during integration of new BUs.
  • Provide helpful and timely customer service by answering integration follow-up questions.
  • Lead a team of 2-3 employees that will report up to the Concur Manager.
  • The Concur Manager will work with and report up to the AP Director.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of Concur and A/P process experience.
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written
  • Ability to take ownership of work and follow through with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to solve problems on their own with minimal guidance.
  • Ability to work under pressure with multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to utilize common sense and rational logic when making decisions.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute upon aggressive goals objectives and action items.
  • Flexible in adapting to changing environments while possessing an upbeat positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Confident self-starter who works well independently.
