We are looking for a Community Maintenance Technician with good problem-solving skills and a positive work ethic. Willing to train someone with transferable skills in construction facilities maintenance hotels handyman real estate mechanic or landscape-related ideal candidate has experience in property maintenance areas such as diagnosing and repairing water and sewer line issues landscaping snow removal minor repairs and general grounds maintenance among others. - Legally permitted to work in the United States
- Strong work ethic
- Minimum of 1-year residential property maintenance experience
- Valid drivers license with no major violations
- Experience with and knowledge of the proper use of power and hand tools lawn care and landscaping equipment
- Experience with snow plowing and related snow removal equipment
- Experience with diagnosing and repairing water and sewer line issues
- Ability to work independently under the direction of the community manager
- Must pass a thorough background check including criminal
