Job Description
Hooks Meng & Clement (HMC) is looking for an Associate Attorney to join our growing Las Vegas office. We specialize in Industrial Litigation representing a diverse clientele including employers insurers and third-party administrators.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $100000 annually

- Represent clients in court and before government agencies.
- Draft legal documents and correspondence as well as conduct thorough legal research.
- Strategize and plan with clients and cases ensuring meticulous attention to detail in every case.
- Daily use of an electronic case management system (Filevine) to ensure that files are updated and organized.
- Build and maintain strong long-lasting client relationships not just representation.
- Continuously staying informed about Nevada statutes and regulations by paying attention to trends and developments in our industry.
- Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle multiple cases and several different deadlines.
- Ability to meet or exceed monthly billing requirements using an electronic billing software program (Clio).
- State Bar of Nevada Member in good standing.
- Strong analytical critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Adaptable flexible and dependable.
- Be able to collaborate on a team but also work independently.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple cases with multiple deadlines.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Careful and deliberate in planning and strategizing with clients.
- Ability to use electronic case management programs as well as basic office programs.
- Highly motivated with an interest in Litigation and Administrative Law.
- Ability to be a top performer daily!
