Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our daycare team and provide a nurturing and structured learning environment for children under 4. Youll be part of a collaborative teaching team working with a co-teacher in a classroom of 12 children. A full curriculum is provided ensuring you have the tools and resources to focus on fostering growth learning and care for each child.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a warm engaging and safe learning environment
- Implement the provided curriculum to support early childhood development
- Collaborate with your co-teacher to maintain structure and consistency in the classroom
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff to support each childs progress
- Foster social emotional and cognitive growth through interactive activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required
- Experience working with children under 4 in a classroom or daycare setting
- Strong communication teamwork and organizational skills
- Passion for early childhood education and child development
