Job Title:Finance Director
The Opportunity:
Join our leadership team as Finance Director where youll be the financial engine driving EHGs growth and operational excellence! Become the go-to partner for our founders and management fueling smart decision-making and long-term success. Bring your strategic insights analytical skills and can-do spirit to shape our future at every turnfrom everyday operations to transformative business events.
How Youll Make an Impact:
Be a Strategic Financial Partner:
  • Lead quarterly financial and business performance reviews with EHGs Partners turning numbers into actionable growth goals.
  • Take command of cash flow modeling proactive forecasting and precision budgetingkeeping the company agile and ahead of the curve.
Champion Executive Advisory & Long-Term Vision:
  • Guide Partners on aligning business achievements with personal and financial aspirations.
  • Architect exit strategies navigate market shifts and anticipate risks and opportunities to secure enduring success.
  • Integrate software commercialization objectives into our financial roadmap ensuring every strategy is performance-driven.
Financial Leadership and Operations:
  • Run the full spectrum of Accounting and Finance with a commitment to excellenceelevating internal controls optimizing cash flow and reigning in expenditures across payroll capex and beyond.
  • Build and sustain a forward-looking 12-month budget and quarterly forecasting engine delivering vital business insights and illuminating key performance drivers.
  • Spearhead revenue monitoring and reportingarming leaders with clear dashboards and KPIs to make impactful decisions.
  • Own management of pass-through costs for production and media adding value to every transaction.
  • Champion data integrity across systems crafting insightful reports that identify profit levers and accelerate cash flow improvement.
  • Steer strategic projects in capacity planning contract evaluation business expansion and capital allocationcontributing financial intelligence at every step.
  • Shape client engagements by organizing monthly finance meetings reviewing client contracts and supporting billing and working capital management.
Drive Client Profitability & Financial Health:
  • Ensure timely accurate billing and vigilant management of working capital from aged receivables to WIP.
  • Proactively assess and manage client credit risk.
  • Analyze and boost client profitability providing bold recommendations to the senior leadership team based on monthly revenue and margin insights.

Experience required:
  • 8 years of progressive industry experience in advertising client finance including extensive knowledge of client operations and compensation models especially project based retainer and time and material fee engagements
  • Preferred BA in Finance or Accounting and/or MBA but not required
  • High accuracy and diligence attention to detail
  • Full understanding of accrual-based accounting revenue recognition types and rules GAAP rules
  • Demonstrated ability to assume a leadership role in managing project departmental and enterprise risks related to projects systems and business analysis
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Has a can-do approach and exudes an energy that is required for a dynamic work environment
  • Has advanced time management skills to maintain deadlines within a fast-paced and innovative environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills a good listener proactive can stand up and drive change
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to use Word and PowerPoint proficiently
