Job Description
Leadership and Brand:
- Demonstrated knowledge of CCFCU brand teller policies and procedures
- Professionalism and discretion
- Supervisory experience a plus
- System knowledge a must w/track record of accuracy
- Ability to work well with others in a way that reflects our brand
- Low absenteeism and a history of being on time (this will be reviewed)
- Must have previous experience
- Current Credit history will be reviewed
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assure appropriate day to day staffing levels at branch
- Day to day responsibility for branch cash vaults and the proper storage and movement of cash
- Ordering money as directed
- Coaching of teller staff as needed
- Assuring policies are followed
- Interaction with members to assure they are heard and needs are met
- Performing teller duties as needed (pulling a drawer and serving members)
