Job Description

Denza is the new brand from BYD. The worlds largest manufacturer of electrified cars headquartered in Shenzhen (China) is also coming to France this year with its new premium brand Denza. One of the first models of the new BYD brand is the Z9 GT shooting brake equipped with unique technical features.

As Denza enters the France market we are looking for a passionate and hands-on After Sales Manager (France) to support the successful market entry and long-term positioning of the this role you will take the lead in establishing Denzas After Sales operations in France acting as a key project manager and interface between Denza and the existing BYD After Sales and network development organization.

You will be responsible for building a strong service partner network ensuring full service readiness at launch and managing key aftersales projects in close alignment with internal stakeholders and external partners. This position offers the unique opportunity to help shape the customer experience of a premium EV brand from the ground up while leveraging the infrastructure and know-how of BYD one of the worlds leading new energy vehicle manufacturers.

You will report directly to the Denza director France with a dotted line to the German and European After Sales team

Fixed-term for 2 years.

Key Objectives & Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage Denzas After Sales operations in France in strong cooperation with the network team
  • Act as the primary liaison between Denza and BYDs After Sales teams
  • Develop and manage a high-quality service partner network
  • Ensure full service readiness for market launch and beyond
  • Drive and manage cross-functional aftersales projects
  • All in close collaboration with BYDs existing After Sales Organisation

Required Skills Qualifications and Experience:

  • Strong experience in automotive After Sales operations and project management
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Frence automotive service standards and dealer/service network structures
  • Hands-on mentality with a structured solution-oriented approach
  • Fluency in English and Frence (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to travel within France and to international locations. Approx. 50% travel
  • Valid EU Class B drivers license required
  • Several years of relevant professional experience preferably around 10 years

We are looking for a candidate with strong automotive After Sales experience an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to build bridges between global and local teams in a fast-moving environment. with digital media and social influencers to ensure brand visibility and success.
