Job Description
- Maintain and optimize Oracle databases and applications (including EBS OTM CPQ SCM Fusion OIC EPM BI WMS CAT/WMS modules) to ensure optimal performance and high availability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database and application issues including performance tuning and query optimization.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and IT staff.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement database changes and enhancements.
- Manage collaboration between Randstad customer associates Oracle and managed services teams.
- Provision install upgrade configure and maintain Oracle applications.
- Support IT Operations Manager by documenting updating and publishing Oracle processes and documentation.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for database configurations procedures and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures related to Oracle applications.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.
- Work on production incidents using Service Now and JIRA; perform root cause analysis and document resolutions.
- Possess functional knowledge of Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
- Troubleshoot integration issues from legacy and peripheral systems especially using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Utilize strong communication skills to work effectively with end-users and cross-functional teams.
- Preferred: Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification and Oracle DBA experience.
