Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant Onsite
Job Title: Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: Nashville TN (Onsite at least 4 days per week)
Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Interview Process: Single onsite round only F2F
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary liaison between business users and the Oracle ERP system for SCM Finance and Maintenance modules.
- Provide functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion Oracle Integration Cloud and related systems (e.g. Prometheus Kyriba Pathlock).
- Lead or participate in implementation configuration and enhancement efforts across Oracle Fusion modules.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Support the enablement and user transition to the Redwood interface.
- Develop and maintain Fusion reporting tools: Smart View OTBI BI Publisher; knowledge of VBSC is a significant plus.
- Perform unit testing user acceptance testing (UAT) and develop testing scripts and documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and provide break/fix solutions.
- Develop and maintain ERP configuration documents and system process guides.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure change management compliance (e.g. SOX) and audit standards are met.
- Design prototype and test enhancements while ensuring minimal impact to the global template and existing functionalities.
- Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
Required Qualifications:
- 8 10 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion Functional or Techno-Functional Consultant.
- Expertise in Finance Procurement Inventory and Plant Maintenance modules.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Redwood interface: enablement configuration and user onboarding.
- Proficiency in Smart View OTBI BI Publisher; VBSC experience is a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a big plus.
- Strong understanding of Oracle ERP architecture configurations and integrations.
- Familiarity with SQL reporting tools and technical collaboration with developers.
- Experience working in SOX-compliant environments and following audit/change control procedures.
- Excellent analytical documentation and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience supporting operations in manufacturing or plant environments.
- Experience in full-cycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
- Exposure to Prometheus Kyriba Pathlock or similar platforms.
- Located near Nashville TN and able to attend onsite interviews and work onsite 4 days/week.
