RN Medical Oncology (Permanent Role) Location: Dallas TX 75246
Shift: 12 HR Nights 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: (36 hours/week)
Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)
Essential Functions: - Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify and prioritize the needs of oncology patients and their families.
- Develop individualized care plans and update them regularly to reflect patient progress and needs.
- Provide holistic patient-centered care in alignment with the values and preferences of the patient and family.
- Serve as an educator and advocate for patients families colleagues and the community regarding disease process treatment options and wellness practices.
- Delegate tasks appropriately and provide follow-up to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments care plans interventions and outcomes.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team collaboration and problem-solving.
- Promote a safe efficient and therapeutic care environment.
- Support peers through knowledge sharing and contribute to team development.
- Engage in professional development and community outreach initiatives.

- Competency with basic computer systems including Microsoft Office EMR systems scheduling tools and secure communication platforms.
Qualifications: - Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
