Job Description:
SME of Openet Platform
Owns manages and responses to clients regarding the engagement activities such as deployments RCAs incidents communications recurring updates/reports feedback governance compliance and service delivery.
Manages L1 L2 support processes as per clients standards
Co-ordinates L3-L4 support together with clients platform owners as per business engagement conditions.
People management Team roster management & skill development of the delivery team
