Job Description
This is a remote position.
Customer Service & Communication
Monitor and respond to customer chats and support emails
Deliver timely professional customer service and issue resolution
Generate and send customer invoices
Order Fulfillment & Shopify Tasks
Check Ready to Ship queue daily and print express shipping labels by 10:40 AM
Receive daily order lists and process accordingly
Process refunds and update orders in Shopify
Upload edit and publish product listings in Shopify
Shipping & Labeling
Create shipping labels using Australia Post s eParcel system
Ensure dispatch processes are followed accurately
Sales & Promotions
Turn on sales through Shopify-integrated apps
Download and update promotional artwork using Canva
Administrative Support
Perform various admin tasks as needed to support daily operations
3 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar VA role
Deep familiarity with Shopify Canva and eParcel
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Ability to manage multiple tasks with speed and precision
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Reliable internet and remote work setup
