Primary Responsibilities & Skills:
- Organize and facilitate all technical consultations with dentists on the phone or by email
- Handle all daily incoming and outgoing calls that pertain to case questions and resolution of technical problems according to on-time return dates
- Act as a liaison between the customer dental center and the labs production and logistics teams
- Work alongside management and customer service to monitor and resolve all customer service issues
- Assist Sales Representative in developing relationships with prospective clients and growing relationships with existing clients
- Assist in quality control of fabricated cases prior to delivery to the client and make slight adjustments as needed to correct case issues
- Perform hands-on repair or adjustments as needed
- All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required
Qualifications :
- Must have a working practical knowledge in all product areas of the dental lab industry
- Advanced communication skills to speak with and meet clients of the dental center and resolve customer service problems
- Outstanding analytical problem solving and organization skills
- Working knowledge of computers and programs including MS Office and Outlook
- Ability to stand for extended hours and lift weight up to 20lbs
- High School diploma or equivalent required
