Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to support our client management efforts. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact between the company and its clients ensuring all needs are met with efficiency and care. Responsibilities
Assist senior account managers with day-to-day client communications
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Prepare reports presentations and documentation for client meetings
Monitor project timelines and follow up on deliverables
Address client questions and concerns with professionalism
Support in the development of strategies to improve client satisfaction
Coordinate with internal departments to meet client objectives
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field
0-2 years of relevant experience in account management or client services
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint)
Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
