We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Associate to support our marketing initiatives and campaign execution. You will play a key role in assisting with project coordination content creation market research and promotional planning. The ideal candidate has a passion for branding a strategic mindset and a hands-on attitude to help our marketing department thrive.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning developing and executing marketing campaigns
Conduct market research to identify trends competitors and target audiences
Support the creation of marketing materials including presentations brochures and reports
Help manage email marketing direct mail and in-person marketing activities
Coordinate with internal departments to align brand messaging and promotional timelines
Track marketing performance and report key metrics and outcomes
Participate in brainstorming sessions and marketing team meetings
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field
13 years of experience in a marketing or communications role preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Familiarity with market analysis and research methods
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
