Responsibilities
Assist in managing client accounts and day-to-day communications
Support the coordination and execution of account strategies
Prepare reports client updates and meeting notes
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
Attend client meetings and internal briefings
Help ensure timely delivery of services and fulfillment of client needs
Maintain accurate records and assist in CRM system updates
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field
0-2 years of experience in customer service sales or account management preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM systems
