Beloform is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team in Cincinnati OH. This individual will play a critical role in identifying and developing new business opportunities nurturing client relationships and supporting our growth initiatives. Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients through research outreach and networking
Schedule and conduct introductory calls and meetings with prospects
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversions
Prepare reports and provide feedback to senior management on client needs and market trends
Represent Beloform at industry events and conferences when required
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field
13 years of experience in sales business development or client relations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Strong organizational and time management skills
