We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to support and enhance our internal and external this role you will be responsible for developing consistent messaging coordinating communication initiatives and ensuring the companys voice is clear and compelling across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop edit and distribute internal and external communications including memos newsletters and press releases.
Coordinate cross-departmental communication strategies to ensure alignment and clarity.
Assist in organizing and promoting events announcements and campaigns.
Monitor and evaluate communication efforts for consistency and effectiveness.
Maintain and update communication documentation templates and guidelines.
Liaise with stakeholders vendors and partners to ensure seamless communication flow.
Support senior management in preparing speeches reports and presentations.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or a related field.
13 years of experience in a communications PR or coordination role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with content management systems and basic design tools is a plus.
