We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Account Representative to join our dynamic this role you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients managing their accounts and ensuring a smooth professional experience from onboarding to ongoing support.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison between Catch Vibe Voice and assigned client accounts
Manage client relationships and address questions or concerns promptly and professionally
Ensure timely delivery of services and maintain a high level of client satisfaction
Identify upselling opportunities and assist clients in understanding the full scope of our offerings
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve service or billing issues
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Prepare regular reports on account status and client engagement
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience)
13 years of experience in customer service client relations or account management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
