We represent Easy Care and GWC product portfolios with products including VSC (vehicle service contracts GAP (guaranteed asset protection) Appearance Protection and more. Our goal is to help dealerships serve protect and retain their customers with industry leading products that provide a superior customer experience and deliver value to customers.
We are looking for a result-driven and proactive individual to join our team as a Performance Manager. If you have a passion for the automotive industry a proven track record in outside sales and the ability to create strong customer relationships we want to hear from you.
What Youll Do
- Maintain and grow business with current accounts.
- Recruit and generate new business opportunities and establish relationships with automotive dealerships.
- Actively promote and sell our automotive products demonstrating in-depth knowledge of features benefits and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance and sales.
- Ensure partnered dealership staff are properly trained on product knowledge and the presentation process of F&I product lines.
- Ability to perform F&I manager duties.
- Provide exceptional customer service addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot any internal dealer issues to improve overall dealership performance.
- Conduct product presentations training sessions and demonstrations to potential and current clients.
- Analyze data and key performance indicators to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams and external partners on new warranty products.
What Youll Bring
- Previous Finance and/or Finance Manager experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Ability to travel regularly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams.
- AFIP Certification
